After entering the house, you enter a spacious hall with guest toilet. From the hall, you reach the living room with sitting area with smart TV. The wood-burning stove provides extra atmosphere and cosiness in the evenings. The living room also houses a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, separate oven, combination microwave, induction hob and dishwasher. Opposite the kitchen is a spacious dining table for extensive dining or working.

The lovely, partly covered terrace of 70 m2 is equipped with a comfortable garden set and two deck chairs. For the children there is a trampoline, which provides hours of fun! There is also a shed in the garden. What a pleasure to enjoy nature and tranquillity here. Can you hear the murmur of the sea?

On the ground floor is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet and washbasin) and television. From the hall you reach the indoor storage room with washing machine, a second fridge-freezer and an extra kitchenette.

Via the stairs in the hall you reach the first floor of the house. There are three bedrooms here: one with a twin bed, one with two single beds and a (children's) bedroom with a bunk bed and two single beds. All beds have single duvets. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a separate bath, a walk-in shower and a double sink. Next to the bathroom is a separate toilet.

The house has parking space for up to three cars.

This holiday home has been designed to be energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. All installations are supplied with electricity generated by its own solar panels and an air source heat pump. In addition, heat is extracted from the exhaust air to be added to the fresh air supplied outside. There is optimum insulation of floors and outer walls and the house has a sedum roof and triple glazing. There is no gas connection available. 

This house is pet-free.
