This spacious, detached holiday home with beautifully landscaped garden facing south-west is suitable for 8 persons. From the living room on the first floor you have a wonderful view of the marina and Oosterschelde National Park.

The spacious hall gives access to four bedrooms. The master bedroom has two extra-wide box-spring beds (100x200cm) and is connected to a spacious bathroom with bath, shower, double washbasin and toilet. This bathroom is also accessible from the hall. There is also a bedroom with two box-spring beds (90x200cm) and a bedroom with a double box-spring bed (160x200cm). The last bedroom has a bunk bed and an extra trundle bed. From the hall you have access to a second shower with washbasin. During the summer months, you can even take a shower in the garden!

On the upper floor you will find a spacious, cosy living room overlooking the marina. The living room has a flat-screen TV and a cosy fireplace.

The luxurious, open kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped: a combination microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, a hob and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a spacious dining table inviting for hours of cosy dining. From the living room, you have access to a south-west-facing terrace with garden furniture.

There is a guest toilet on the upper floor. In the storeroom you will find a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an extra fridge-freezer.
