The villa consists of 2 floors. On the first floor you will find 3 spacious bedrooms with direct access to the garden and furnished with single beds. The master bedroom has a bathroom en suite, equipped with a rain shower, toilet and bathroom cabinet. The second bathroom is accessible from the hall and equipped with a rain shower and bathroom furniture. From the entrance you can also reach the toilet and storage room with washing machine. Through the staircase in the hall you go to the second floor.

On the second floor you will find the spacious and light-filled living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a combi microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and filter coffee machine.

The cozy living room has a comfortable interior with flat screen TV (additional foreign channels). The couch in the living room can be transformed into a sofa bed. This allows 2 extra people to stay in the house on request. Through the sliding/folding doors you come to the roof terrace with stunning views of the lake. In the morning you can quietly wake up to the silence of the lake and then have breakfast with the whole family in the sun. A wonderful start to your vacation day.

There is a parking space for one car on private property. The garden shed has room for bicycles and any water sports equipment.
