In a beautiful spot on the Veerse Meer, you will find this 2024 newly completed and architect-designed villa for 12 people. Vast and bright, with simple, understated luxury and smart, sophisticated furnishings, each of the living areas has bright spaces with large windows in this beautifully detached villa.

From the hall, you reach the living room with sitting area and smart TV. The living room has modern furnishings and, with its wide corner window, offers ample views of the Veerse Meer. Here you can enjoy life on the water every moment of the day with the picturesque town of Veere in the background. A view that never gets boring! The fireplace provides extra atmosphere and cosiness in the evening.

The luxuriously fitted kitchen has a sink with Quooker tap, an induction hob with integrated extractor and a dishwasher. On the wall a spacious fridge, oven and microwave. The coffee lover has also been thought of. The coffee and tea corner has two filter coffee machines and a Nespresso coffee machine. Next to the kitchen is a spacious dining table where you can dine or work.

The wellness area is located on the ground floor. Here you can enjoy pure relaxation during your holiday. There is an infrared/finnish sauna, rain shower, washbasin and separate toilet. In the relaxation area with comfortable loungers, you can completely unwind.

From the kitchen, the sliding doors give access to the spacious terrace with several seating areas. There are two large garden tables with garden chairs and comfortable loungers. Part of the terrace is covered, where you can sit under the warmth of the patio heater until late in the evening. From the terrace, you walk within a few steps to the private jetty with swimming ladder and outdoor shower. This allows you to moor your own boat at your villa and sail onto the Veerse Meer at any time for a day trip to picturesque Veere or one of the uninhabited islands in the Veerse Meer.

This luxury villa has 6 bedrooms on the first floor. Two bedrooms have twin box-spring beds. These are located at the rear of the villa. The large windows allow you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the Veerse Meer early in the morning. Three bedrooms have a double bed. The last bedroom has a small double bed.

There are two luxurious bathrooms on the first floor. The large bathroom has a double walk-in shower, double washbasin, bathtub and toilet. The other bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sink. There is also a separate toilet.

The villa has parking space for up to four cars and is equipped with a double charging station.

From the hall you can access the indoor storage room with washing machine, tumble dryer and high chair. The hall also gives access to a separate room with fridge and wine rack. Finally, there is a spacious cloakroom and separate toilet.

This villa is pet-free.
