Description

The cozy living room is wonderfully light and through the fully glazed fronting over the full width of the living room (floor to ceiling windows) you have a panoramic view over the wide polder landscape. With the double garden doors you can optimally connect the living room to the garden. In addition to a large dining table, there is a spacious seating area with flat screen TV with foreign package and an atmospheric gas fireplace. The luxurious, open kitchen is fully equipped with modern quality appliances, such as a combi microwave/oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. The windows are equipped with electrically operated screens on the outside. The living room is also provided with an air-conditioning.  

This villa has 4 spacious bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom with flat screen TV with foreign package and also has a bathroom ensuite with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. After a long beach walk you can warm up in the luxurious Finnish sauna for 4 people with floor-to-ceiling glass wall. Furthermore, this bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and double sink. In the hall there is also a separate guest toilet. 

If you open the garden doors in the living room to the wonderfully sunny, spacious terrace with terrace heating you can enjoy the outdoors directly. You will find a large dining table and two comfortable sunbeds. The spacious garden borders a water feature and is surrounded by slopes, marram grass and dune tear. Because of its location on the south you will always find a wonderful place in the sun. 

The holiday villa has a storage room with, among other things, a washing machine, dryer and a fridge-freezer. There is parking for two cars per villa. An electric charging station* is available, to be used only with a pass and for a fee.  
There is a cot and a high chair in every villa.

Your pet is very welcome in this holiday villa.

*To use the charging station, you need to use a charging card. You can borrow a charging card from the reception for a fee (please note, subject to availability).

    Schöne und vor allem saubere Villen. Alles vor Ort was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Strand ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

    Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser bei anderen Anbietern gebucht, aber noch keines mit einer so tollen, hochwertigen und ausreichenden Ausstattung. Der Kontakt an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir sind nicht das letzte Mal hier gewesen :-).

    Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in den Zandvillas und werden sicher im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen. Es passt einfach alles: Tolles Haus, absolute Ruhe, gigantischer freier Blick über die Felder, sehr schöne Strände, sehr freundliche Menschen. Das ist für uns der perfekte Urlaub.
