Waterlijn 24 is a spacious luxury 8-person holiday villa +, located on a water feature with stunning views over the wide polder landscape.
The cozy living room is wonderfully light and through the fully glazed fronting over the full width of the living room (floor to ceiling windows) you have a panoramic view over the wide polder landscape. With the double garden doors you can optimally connect the living room to the garden. In addition to a large dining table there is a generous seating area with flat screen TV with foreign package. The luxurious, open kitchen is fully equipped with modern quality appliances, such as a combi microwave/oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. There is no freezer available.
The villa has four spacious bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a bathroom ensuite. The bathrooms are identically equipped with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. In the hall you will also find a separate guest toilet. Two bedrooms have a flat screen TV with foreign package.
If you open the garden doors in the living room to the wonderfully sunny, spacious terrace you can enjoy the outdoors directly. You will find a large dining table and two comfortable sunbeds. The spacious garden borders a water feature and is surrounded by slopes, marram grass and dune tear. Because of its location on the south you will always find a wonderful place in the sun. There is also a waterfront terrace available. Here you can really relax on the water and enjoy the beautiful view. A trampoline has been built in the garden for the children.
The holiday villa has a storage room with, among other things, a washing machine and dryer fridge-freezer. There is parking for two cars per villa. A charging station is available for your electric car.
There is a cot and a high chair in every villa.
Pets are not allowed in this holiday villa.
