Your home is checked by us once a week for burglary, leaks, failure of central heating etc.

• Before you arrive we can turn up the heating, switch on the outside lighting and possibly other important matters can be arranged for you. In addition, we can provide surveillance and alarm follow-up for you.
• Even when your home is not rented by us, you can still use the management service. For owners who rent the property through Ruiterplaat Holidays, a special discounted rate applies.
